Well, if it’s her room too, she has to clean it. That’s how it works. You own something, take responsibility for it and keep it intact. Just point that out to her. Or just stay naked all the time to make her uncomfortable or something. I don’t know.
Here’s the thing.
She’s only in there at like… random times of the day, and she doesn’t sleep there every night
she’s there maybe 1/3 of the time
but the times are unpredictible
that’s how it works
she comes in, loud as hell regardless of whether we’re trying to study/sleep/etc., makes a huge mess, yells at us for asking her to clean it, and leaves the mess behind for us to deal with

but one of the other problems we’ve had with her is that she keeps letting random boys into the room without consulting me or #1 first
she just lets them in—not just into the shared living room but into her and #1’s bedroom

If I had Sheldon I would just tell him to fuck off, but no. This is a girl who constantly leaves her keys in the door so anybody could get in, and leaves the stools in front of the door—a fire hazard, and brings her loud-ass friends into the suite when my other suitemate and I are trying to study, and lets this guy who may or may not be her boyfriend into the bedroom without asking her roommate if it’s okay first—all little things that would probably be easy to work out if it wasn’t a lot of little things. And whenever my other suitemate tries to talk to her she just says “okay” without really listening and just completely shuts down, and whenever I even come out of my room to confront her about a problem, she leaves as soon as she hears my door open.
It’s worth noting that she’s… 16 or 17? My other suitemate is 20 and I’m 22, and I think she sees us as the adults and doesn’t deal well with criticism from “authority figures.”

The first type doesn’t bother me. That stuff is important to know. It’s the latter that’s pissing me off. It’s pure spite.
